GriefShare is a 13-week seminar and nondenominational support group for adults ages 18 and

older who are grieving the loss of a family member or friend. No matter how recent or long ago

your loved one has died, this is an opportunity to be around others who understand what you

are feeling and to receive comfort and encouragement as you learn how to navigate your

personal grief process.

Each session includes a video seminar and group discussions with biblical teachings on grief

and recovery. Topics include:

  • managing grief-related emotions such as loneliness, anxiety, sadness, anger, and regret

  • how to cope with the changes in your life and relationships

  • how to recognize what’s normal in grief

  • what to do if you feel stuck or hopeless

Please join us as we go through this journey together. The cost for the workbook is $20 and

includes access to resources on the GriefShare website. Scholarships are available if needed.
